The initial onboarding process typically takes about a week. We usually train weekdays from 9 AM - 4 PM, but training hours are flexible and can be adjusted to some extent at your request.

When your training at the office is fully completed, you'll be scheduled for orientation at a Liberty residence, including 16 hours of shadowing an experienced staff member.

You are encouraged to come ready to learn, observe, and ask questions. Even when the onboarding process is complete, training never truly ends!

If you've completed a successful job interview and been accepted for employment with Liberty, you'll be contacted by the Training Manager. If you don't hear from Liberty within a few days, or if you have any further questions, please reach out:
